Maila Gibson is a Na Hoku Hanohano Award winning singer, songwriter, recording artist, & entertainer. She recorded her first jingle for Meadow Gold when she was just 9 years old. Since then, she has recorded and written many songs and has performed in many places including Carnegie Hall in New York City.

She has performed on stage with multi-platinum artists Jim Brickman, Natalie Cole, Kenny Loggins, and Donnie & Marie to name a few. Maila is best known for her recording of “The Prayer” with the Grammy nominated group Ho’okena. Her album “All About Love” with Ben Vegas debuted at #5 on the Billboard chart.

Most recently, she performed at Lantern Floating Hawaii and her voice can be heard on many jingles throughout Hawaii. At one time, Maila had 30 private vocal students with a waitlist almost as long. She returns to Pas De Deux to help vocalists get to know their true voice by offering them a recording studio experience.
